Grow your employment law practice with worker inquiries related to unpaid overtime, misclassification, and wage-and-hour claims. UnpaidOvertimeClaim.com connects workers with employment attorneys across the country.

Who We Are

UnpaidOvertimeClaim.com is a lead-generation and referral platform, not a law firm and not a lawyer referral service that vets legal merit. We surface worker inquiries related to unpaid overtime, misclassification, tip credit issues, meal/rest break violations, retaliation, and related wage claims, and route them to attorneys in our network by jurisdiction and case type.

How Referrals Work

Workers submit basic information through our intake form or chat assistant. Submissions are matched to network attorneys by state and practice area. You contact the worker directly to conduct your own intake and determine whether to offer representation.

What You're Signing Up For

  • Access to inbound worker inquiries in the states and case types you select.
  • You control your own capacity — which states, which case types, and lead volume.
  • A standard referral/marketing arrangement, discussed once your application is reviewed.
  • You remain solely responsible for your own advertising compliance, conflict checks, intake, and representation decisions.

Eligibility

  • Active, good-standing license to practice law in the state(s) you wish to receive referrals for.
  • Experience with FLSA / wage-and-hour or employment litigation.
  • Agreement to our attorney network terms, including prompt, professional follow-up with referred workers.
  • Malpractice insurance in good standing.
Compensation model under review. Referral/fee-sharing arrangements between non-lawyer referral services and attorneys are subject to state-specific bar rules. Our compensation structure is finalized on a jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction basis with compliance counsel — details are provided after initial application review.
Case Info Assistant
Hi! I can help explain how overtime and wage claims generally work and point you to the right claim type. I'm not an attorney and can't give legal advice — for a real case review, use the free case review form. What's going on at work?
Not legal advice. Not an attorney. No attorney-client relationship is formed by this chat.
